2. The Buyer issues an ICPO
ICPO (‘Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order’): After the Buyer has received an
FCO from the Seller, the latter may request for an ICPO to confirm that the Buyer has
accepted his initial offer. The Buyer sends a signed and sealed ICPO to the Seller.
BCL (‘Bank Comfort Letter’): In addition, the SCO signed and sealed by the Buyer
shall be accompanied by a BCL from Buyer’s bank. The BCL shall be issued in the
Bank Letterhead, duly signed by a bank officer, including full banking coordinates, and
stating clearly that the Account Holder is Ready, Willing and Able (‘RWA’) to undergo
the transaction proposed (clearly identified including the product description, total
volume and monthly volume transacted) and the total amount of the contract (clearly
specified);
